Acknowledgements

This form is a reservation request. The rental agreement is signed at pickup or delivery, when you'll also present your driver's license and proof of insurance.

I am 18 years of age or older. I have a valid U.S. driver's license and will present it at pickup or delivery. I maintain active auto insurance that covers trailer use and will provide proof at pickup or delivery. I confirm my tow vehicle is rated to tow this trailer. I understand that a 50% reservation deposit (or card on file) is required to hold the reservation and is forfeited if I cancel less than 48 hours before start. I understand that a separate $500 refundable damage deposit — collected in cash or as a pre-authorization hold on the credit card on file — is taken at pickup and is released within 7 business days of the return inspection, minus any damage, cleaning, or late-return charges. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
